Job Purpose:
Act on the needs of vessels in daily and transversal activities, supporting the Operations coordinator with the proper quality, safety, performance in onshore and offshore environment, in Brazil.
Job Description:
Plan activities, monitor their execution according to the schedule, working together with the support teams performing the necessary interfaces with the board, outsourced teams and client.
Support maintenance activities and physical improvements, supervise outsourced companies and ensure the execution of services within the expected period of berthing of the vessel.
Support the supply and logistics department of materials, so that it operates efficiently, meeting the deadlines established for delivery of materials on the vessel and with minimum costs and impact on operations.
Support and execute the necessary modifications to the vessel aiming at: the continuous improvement of processes; operational safety and damage prevention in project products and equipment.
Execute, together with the Operations coordinator, the operational improvement initiatives and the demands that arise due to needs transversal to the area of operation, such as, for example, QHSE requirements, alignments with the client and initiatives agreed internally between the departments, in order to ensure the management and execution of the projects, according to the established deadline and financial budget.
Support the Project Operations coordinator in the development of operational procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Complete degree in Engineering
Active CREA
Advanced English
Knowledge in Office, Lean Tools and Power BI
Knowledge in Project Management and the Oil & Gas business.
