**Position**:
Currently we're recuiring a** Technical Support Analyst - LATAM**, to joint our team at Carel Sud America, our subsidiary responsible for LATAM market, located at Valinhos, Sao Paulo.
Position can be performed through remote working (home office from Sao Paulo region).
**Main Relations**
Direct report to the Technical Coordinator
- Internally, the role interacts mainly with: Technical, Sales and Plant Operations teams.
- Externally, the role interacts mainly with: Customers of Brazil and Latin America.
**Main Accountabilities**
Support Sales team in new projects development and product sizing, assuring best performing processes and technology for the customer.
- Support customers during, designing, implementation and commissioning phases of project
- Provide technical trainings
- Field visits to guide customer on the best implementation of our products by them.
**Work Experience**
- Experiences with electric/automation systems
- Desirable: Basic knowledge with HVAC-R systems
**Requirements**:
- Electric/Mechanic/Automation Technical degree
- Desirable: Electric/Mechanic/Automation Engineering (completed or incomplete)
- English Level: Intermediate
- Spanish Level: Intermediate
