Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone!Job Description:The Planning Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and resolving all discrepancies between issued invoices and customer orders, involving all internal sectors, including commercial operations, warehouse, finance, and logistics, ensuring the precision and compliance of fiscal documents to address all issues we have encountered with customer deliveries.Responsibilities:Analyze all deliveries with issues to identify the causes.Identify and correct physical and/or financial discrepancies between documents (customer orders and invoices).Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reconciliations performed.Propose improvements to the invoice emission and purchase order management processes.Assist management in resolving issues with delayed shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and customer order cancellations.Prepare, coordinate, and participate in physical inventory counts.Perform any other assigned tasks.Requirements:Bachelor's or associate degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or relevant field and/or 0-2 years of relevant experience.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well with all levels of employees and departments in a diverse environment.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Job Family Group: LogisticsJob Family: LO Production Planning#J-18808-Ljbffr
