Recognized synthesis and listening skills.Other Competencies: Proficient in English; Portuguese is an asset in the local environment.ActivitiesThe employee shall perform activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles, oriented to safeguard the integrity of people while preserving the environment and resources by contributing to improve energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company's assets and reputation.The IARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM Planning & Development specialist is responsible for implementing the EP Strategy (Be responsible, be profitable, be sustainable) with the following objectives:Act as the focal point for all matters related to Development (FPSO, subsea, wells planning) and Operators Work Programs, budget, and performance, including HSE.Participate in ARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM workshops, sub-committees, and committees to monitor assets and provide feedback and reporting. Represent TotalEnergies in subcommittees as assigned by Management.Contribute to the definition of Key Levers of the OBO roadmap aimed at maximizing asset value with a well-defined balance between objectives and efforts. Lead the execution of work plans by various entities involved.Ensure technical validations of AFEs and Ballots submitted by different Operators, liaising with Joint Venture, GSR, Commercial, and other entities as needed.Monitor and identify discrepancies in operator Key Performance Indicators (Production, GHG emissions, HSE, etc.), analyze causes, and recommend action plans for improvement. Ensure Operator performances align with TotalEnergies plans and strategy.Participate in Consortiums and TotalEnergies sole cost activities to contribute to timely and budget-compliant production targets, including preparation and leadership of prioritized activities following the key levers approach.The person in this position is responsible for the daily follow-up of ARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM Assets, requiring knowledge obtained through regular contact with the technical Departments of the subsidiary and GEDI:Geosciences Department: Include surface aspects (technical, schedule, risks) into analysis for realistic profiles, validate proposed wells/projects, and maintain a follow-up vision of the reserves of the assets.Field Operations: Understand producing capacities and limitations of facilities installed or under construction and the Operating Strategy.D&C: Gain knowledge of planning aspects, costs, and risks/opportunities in development studies and during drilling or installation operations.Development Strategy:Lead preparation for IARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM of the LTP, PRIME, and Budget exercises.Analyze and prepare a synthetic comparison of different exercises (LTP, Budget, RB, CF, PRIME/Reserves) for consortium committees and subcommittees. Prepare documents to illustrate this analysis and address questions from Management regarding historical justifications of choices made.Liaise with Finance and Tax Departments to ensure proper application of specific elements (Repetro, IFRS16, PIS/COFINS, ICMS) in Costs and production reports.Lead follow-up with Cost Control Service on the evolution of the Budgets of IARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM Assets and the yearly Work Program and Budget, ensuring updated reporting to DIG.Integrated Planning:Provide inputs to the planning aspects of the AM Direction. Gather information on IARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM Assets from Operators to contribute to the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) of the Affiliate. Liaise with the IAP team of the Affiliate to ensure updated information is included.Maintain history of operational planning (drilling, installation, projects) with underlying explanations.Studies and Projects:Ensure well productions, costs (Capex, Opex, Abandonment), and schedules in cost cards align with actual information from ongoing or recently completed projects.Assist Asset Manager in preparing dossiers for investment/divestment decisions at ComDEV, CoVal, CoRisk, and ComEx levels of development Projects.Manage projects or studies launched to verify specific issues.Documentation and Reporting:Participate in data Management of AM activities: ensure complete and updated asset data is provided by Operators, structure the storage area, and implement a process for systematic document retention (presentations, costs cards, budgets, etc.). Build a database with validated information on the assets (maps, wells, profiles, asset fiches).Maintain up-to-date versions of strategic internal documents for IARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM Assets (cost cards, economic results, TCM-OCM presentations, MoM, rationales).Deliver necessary reports for Management, Partners, and Headquarters, including the ARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM information for the weekly report of the AM Direction.Context & Environment:Position holder is located in Rio de Janeiro, in subsidiary offices. The position requires significant transverse communication with other TotalEnergies entities, Operators, and TOTAL HQ.Accountabilities:Lead the follow-up of the development of the ARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM Assets with strict adherence to Safety standards.Act as the focal point during strategic exercises (LTP, Budget, Reserves) for the ARA, Atapu ToR Surplus, and GdM Assets.Generate validated technical information for P&D Engineers and subsidiary management, particularly regarding Budget and Production.Ensure a comprehensive and accurate technical database of OBO Assets activities.
