Plan the production of the assembly lines according to customer demand, to optimize the human and machines resources and to ensure the compliance of Build Schedule (BTS) by Production.
GENERAL FUNCTIONSGet all customers programs.Review the clients' program variations and their impact on the production planning.Make the whole planning process (PDP, MRP, MPS) with production managers.Analyze and estimate the work charges of installations, machines and human resources, optimizing its use.Define the assembly lines production sequence.Verify daily the fulfillment of the "build to schedule" and to reprogram it in case of non-fulfillment.Participate in the daily meeting of Production Control.Identify areas for improvement in his/her area and to participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines.Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.(*) The described functions are only the most representative for this position; therefore they should not be understood as all the inherent functions related to this job position. POSITION REQUIREMENTSAcademic background: Secondary or Vocational Training or Medium degree.

Experience: 2 years in similar position.
