(including Subsea EPCI Contract and FPSO TOPSIDES Modifications Contract).Missions:In line with the directives provided by the Project Controls Leader to:Develop, review and maintain the Project scheduling and progress measurement procedures, as well as the Project Reporting Procedure.Review Project WBS and ensure with the Cost Controller this is compatible with the CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure).Consolidate, control and coordinate all planning and progress measurement activities related to the Project.Ensure that all Project activities are correctly planned and performed throughout the whole project duration in accordance with the initial plan.Focus on the Project schedule and continuously identify/challenge any area of concern (critical path, clashes, early start, interfaces).Anticipate any potential slippage and critical path deviations, propose/discuss mitigation and corrective actions with involved project parties highlighting critical program areas and simulating strategies.Ensure availability at all times of updated and accurate Project scheduling, planning and progress reporting documentation.Coordinate and consolidate Project reporting within the Project organization as well as for external stakeholders (affiliate, headquarters, partners, authorities…).In particular:Update the project work breakdown structure, whenever required.Elaborate, update and revise the Project Schedule.Elaborate and revise the project planning & progress measurement procedures and documents.Follow closely the activities of the CONTRACTORS / SUPPLIERS planning engineer(s).Monitor closely the CONTRACTOR's execution schedule and progress reports.Check and comment on the CONTRACTORS and SUPPLIERS procedures, schedules and methodology.Provide assistance to the NPI Department Manager, the Project Manager and the Project Control Manager Leader for all matters related to the planning & progress reporting as well as analyses and simulations of new schedules.Participate in reviews and technical audits on planning & progress activities.Provide detailed and accurate monthly progress reporting to be incorporated into the monthly project report.Prepare weekly and monthly Project reports and handle their distribution, with the support of the Document Controller.Collaborate with Project Cost controller for validating progress and milestones used in CONTRACTORS monthly invoicing.Assist Affiliate Planning Leader for integration of Work Project schedule into overall project integrated schedule.Participate in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc meetings with CONTRACTORS, VENDORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, and other Stakeholders.HSE:To fully comply with office security, health and safety instructions.To stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.To report to Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose ways of improvement.To participate when requested to any technical reviews such as COMOPS, SIMOPS, Hazids, Hazops, ProjectTechnical Reviews, Risk Assessments when schedule inputs are required.Required qualifications and experience:Very good knowledge of Project Planning practices and ReportingVery good knowledge of PRIMAVERA (version 6)Very good knowledge of MS ProjectVery good knowledge of ExcelAt least 10 years' experience in large oil & gas projects with strong technical, analytical and interpersonal skillsLanguage skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English; good communication skills.
