A background in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields is required. Fluency or advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and collaborate effectively with various teams is essential. Prior experience and knowledge in the fashion industry will be considered a significant advantage. Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, assortment strategies, and forecasts. ? Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business decisions. ? Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations. ? Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems. ? Analyze consumer trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies. ? Utilize data-driven approaches to understand customer preferences and behaviors. ? Provide recommendations for product assortment, fabrications, and design elements based on trend forecasts and market analysis. ? Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and market share to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields. ? Proven experience in sales planning, category strategy, and forecasting. ? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ?
