Plant Director

Job Description SEE, a global leader in packaging solutions, seeks an exceptional Plant Director to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement at our Jaguariúna, Brazil facility.

Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise is also expected.
Skills Excellent team building, decision-making, and people management skills are crucial.
You should be knowledgeable about safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
