**Responsibilities**:

- Track and ensure compliance with timely updates of operational performance, including tracking of status reporting across North America; Support timely entry of operational information by team members.
Example: timely capturing of time tracking information from Jira so that we can accurately forecast project financials
- Assist delivery center directors in effective tracking of operational information and budgets; Analyze operational and financial information and governance reporting to develop insights and suggest recommendations
- Suggest sharing of artifacts, templates and pre-sales assets to delivery center resources as requested
- Analyze communication approaches and develop and / or refine tools, including Wikis
- Review and analyze quality of project delivery and recommend improvements.
Assist in defining approach to report on early warning signs for project delivery.
Analyze governance / status reporting for key projects within North America to proactively identify problem areas and propose mitigation actions to keep budget and scope on track.
- Review opportunities to improve project management knowledge and recommend approach to drive more effect project management
- Assist in training project managers on new policies, methodologies, and approaches; Assist with preparation for and presentation at project management center of excellence meetings
- Assist in approach for celebrating successes and communicating positive achievements for team members and projects
- Maintain a positive communication with all stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, PMO Associate, PMO Officer, PMO Coordinator or PMO Assistant or Project Management or Data Analyst exposure would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in software project management is considered a plus
- Previous relevant experience with Salesforce and web programming languages/technologies is considered a plus
- Capacity to learn constantly and find solutions and workarounds
- Open to work remotely and manage distributed teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - interaction with senior stakeholders will be part of the role
- Very good competency with standard software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy in a time pressured environment
- Quality focused
- Fluency in English
