Role Overview: We're looking for a creative and organized Podcast Production Assistant to support our production team with various aspects of podcast creation.
This role will be instrumental in the entire production process, from pre-production through post-production, and will also require expertise in email writing to promote episodes, coordinate with guests, and keep our audience engaged.

Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day production of the Sofia Unfiltered podcast, including scheduling, script assistance, and audio/video editing support Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth guest experience Write and edit engaging email communications for: Inviting potential guests to the podcast Promoting new episodes to our audience Coordinating with internal teams to share content and updates Assist with research, including background on guests and trending wellness topics Support social media promotion of podcast episodes Manage episode timelines, deadlines, and organization within our content calendar Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to maximize episode visibility and impact Qualifications: Strong writing skills, with experience in email marketing or professional email communications Background in media, communications, journalism, or related field preferred Experience with podcast production, audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity), or video editing tools is a plus Knowledge of health and wellness topics and trends is a bonus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment Enthusiasm for storytelling and podcasting, with a creative mindset $700 Apply online: https://airtable.com/appfaEwgPZhj8RBwR/pagWKPJoAFGUAvEof/form
