Your warm and engaging service is a hallmark of the exceptional resort experience we provide for guests of all ages. As a Pool Attendant, you will provide exceptional pool services to our Guests and help create memorable experiences.
Hourly Rate: $22.91
What you will be doing: Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional mannerAssist guests with seating arrangements for their preferred location at the pool and surrounding areasPerform pool guest services (i.e. cool towels, refreshments, spritzing)Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our pools, pool decks and lawns exceeds expectations by picking up debris and ensuring receptacles are regularly maintained.Ensure all pool chairs not in use are straight with seat backs downAssist guests with proper towel registrationEnsure that all pool safety rules are strictly enforced Qualifications
Your experience and skills include: Must be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority, both internally and externally.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team playerOne year experience in customer servicePrevious experience in luxury hotel environment desirable involving multi-tasking, attention to detail, and customer serviceLicenses and Certifications: TB ClearanceCPR and First Aid CertificationWater Safety Certification is an assetYour working environment: Must be able to withstand very warm and sunny conditionsMust be able to lift and carry 75 lbs.Must be able to push and pull 100lbs.Constant standing, walking and reachingOccasional crouching, bending, stooping, and kneelingRequires grasping, writing, repetitive motions, listening, hearing and visual acuity Additional Information
