**You are responsible for**
- Builds and maintains the project organization, determining the ways of working, and defining key interfaces.
- Formulates and is accountable for the overall program/project plan, in consultation with management and other parties.
- Defines projects and their goals, organizes the resources to be used (time, budget and information) and specifies quality standards
- Identify the risks of the project/program and develops scenarios to mitigate these risks
- Ensures proper execution vs the project/program plan.
- Deploys Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and makes the project organization efficient and transparent, in line with departmental and project processes.
- Provides management and stakeholders with regular project/program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reports on employees' performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and conducts evaluation at the end of the projects.
- Coordinates effective communication/change management strategies for projects/programs as appropriate.
- Ensures effective transfer/archiving of the project/program results and the associated intellectual capital.
- Keeps up-to-date with technical basics and new technology, in order to optimize the goals of each project and maximize the synergy between the projects.

- Applies and monitors compliance to program and project management methodology, standards, policies, procedures, best practices, and templates
- Defines programs and their goals; monitors the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk
- Provides a consultative role to programs by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects and programs
- Acts as ultimate point of escalation for the team and stakeholders in addressing and resolving any issues that arise during any project under the portfolio
- Works closely with internal business partners, external vendors and, as required, customers
- Aggregates data for analyses and insights to inform decisions, accountable for data integrity
- Reviews and ensure the progress of documentation and ensures conformance with PDLM, NBX, PMO processes and standards, including localization and internationalization standards
- Relevant KPIs include: Customer satisfaction, e.g.
NPS; launch reliability (or milestone adherence); time to market; In budget; all remaining competing constraints considered; employee engagement; quality compliance
- Drive capacity of the business, building and tracking supply plans (R&D, Quality, Services, Product Management) monitoring the demand plans and guarantee the right number of resources with the right skills are available to deliver the projects.
- Ensure correct and effective allocation of resources.
- Ensure capitalization controls are accurately handled in alignment with finance.
- Responsible to plan and governance the R&D budget based on approved budget (lead PEB process).
- Responsible for reshaping and implementing Philips's project management and portfolio methodologies (I2M, PDLM, etc) and tools (i.e.
Planisware, Clarity, windchile, etc)
- Responsible for defining and implementing planning and governance processes and tools to enable PMO organization owning the End-to-End projects.
