This team is responsible for Data ingestion, data visualization, and support.
This team operates as "support team for operations" and handles 24/7 requests.
They are seeking another individual to join their team to be able to provide support within 8AM-5PM CST.
There will be work during the weekends for a few hours that is on a rotation basis as well.
Daily activities included but not limited to: Daily Responsibility: - Troubleshooting: Performing detailed analysis to identify the root cause of complex issues.
-Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers, and provide updates on issue resolution.
-Knowledge Base Management: Update internal documentation with new troubleshooting steps, known issues, and solutions for future reference.
-Escalation to L3: Forward highly complex issues to the L3 support team for further investigation.
-Reporting and Monitoring data pipelines
