to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Schedule
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM Eastern Standard Time
Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Implement strategies to maximize
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
and other key performance indicators.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management for optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Design and manage lead generation funnels, including CRM integrations and tracking.
Stay updated on the latest trends in paid media, ad formats, and platform updates.
Report daily activities and campaign performance using tools such as Clockify or other time-tracking systems.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in PPC media buying and lead generation.
Proven ability to drive successful paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in interpreting marketing metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data.
Experience with funnel creation and CRM integrations.
Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English at C2 level
Required Software Proficiency:
Social Media Business platforms (must)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with retargeting, programmatic buying, or advanced bidding strategies.
Knowledge of tools such as Pipedrive CRM, Metricool, Neil Patel products, or other performance marketing software.
Basic content creation or video editing experience is a plus but not required.
A self-starter mindset with adaptability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
