Job Title: Senior Media Buyer Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Media Buyer to oversee high-budget media buying strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
This role will manage over $500k per month in ad spend and be responsible for hitting key performance targets such as ROAS, MER, and CAC.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success with large-scale accounts and will collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize creative, messaging, and ad performance.

Availability: Flexible Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Flexibility to compensate early mornings, late evenings, and weekend hours as needed Key Responsibilities: Ad Strategy & Optimization: Develop, execute, and refine media buying strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok to achieve company ROAS and MER targets Performance Reporting: Create reports that translate ad performance into actionable insights, guiding overall marketing strategy Testing & Innovation: Plan and manage a structured testing pipeline across platforms to continuously improve ad performance Collaborative Improvement: Work with the creative team to align on messaging, optimizing ad content to enhance sales and performance outcomes Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing Meta ads, with 3+ years on Google and TikTok platforms Proven experience managing large-scale digital ad accounts, specifically those with budgets of $30k+/day and $10M+ annually for a single brand Demonstrated ability to deliver significant performance improvements and hit aggressive KPIs Expertise in ad platform management, with a keen eye for identifying performance issues and trends Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for detailed reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking Experience managing ad spend of $10M+ per year for a single brand (in-house experience preferred over agency experience) Strong knowledge of Meta's Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and YouTube advertising Language Requirement: C2+ Level of English proficiency Preferred Skills: Growth-oriented, performance-driven, and highly accountable Customer-focused and efficient, with a dynamic approach to problem-solving Proficiency with tools like Slack, Asana, and Google Sheets Compensation: Salary range of USD 1920 to 2720 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference Pay increases every 6 months based on performance Company Policies: Paid Time Off: After 3 months: 5 business days PTO and 3 paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) After 1 year: Potential increase to 10 business days PTO based on performance Unpaid Sick Leave: Requires a doctor's note upon return Unpaid leave: must be individually coordinated.
