This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about optimizing pay-per-click campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes. You will work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, crafting campaigns that deliver exceptional ROI for a diverse range of clients. Work Schedule: Part-Time : 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase based on workload and client demands. Core working hours: Flexible within standard business hours (e.g., 9 AM – 5 PM). Potential to transition into a full-time position. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management : Create, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and LinkedIn. Performance Monitoring : Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results. Keyword Research : Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis to target the most relevant search terms and refine ad strategies. Ad Copy & Creative Optimization : Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets to maximize engagement and conversions. Conversion Tracking : Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to measure campaign success. Budget Management : Allocate and adjust campaign budgets to ensure optimal spend and ROI. Trend Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting : Deliver regular, client-ready performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Requirements: Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Google Ads certification or similar (e.g., Meta Blueprint) is preferred. Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing for improved conversions. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with additional tools like HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms. Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation strategies. Prior experience working with international teams or clients across time zones.
