**What we are looking for**:
Lead the commercial and agronomic development in the region.
Responsible for the sales growth strategies and tactics to grow Precision Planting's sales and product penetration through the retrofit dealer channel on the region.
Responsable to the deployment of the Right apprach and Challenge sales methodology with the dealers in the region.
Responsable for the agronomic development of the distribuitors.
**What are you going to do**:
Commercial development of the retrofit channel in the region Responsible for all dealer channel sales activities in the specified regions.
Promote the agronomic development Deployment of the Challange Sales Approach Building a strong and solid sales process Deployment of the Sales/Quoting Website, as our Sales Management tool Develop product and dollar forecasts for the retail dealer channel in the regions.
**What do you need**:
Bachelor degree in agriculture studies or Business Administration, MBA preferred.
5+ years experience in professional sales and/or Management roles.
Languages: English (advance) Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Sales Skills Highly motivated.
