**Expectations & Tasks**
- Assess Business Processes maturity and performances, identifying opportunities of improvements with SAP IBP Modules.
- Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs on SAP IBP Modules.
- Remote / Onsite support in critical customer situations like Global Escalations or War Rooms.
**Skills / Competencies**
- Mandatory.
- At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP Modules like Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and Supply, etc.
- A least one End-to-end implementation experience in deploying one or more of the IBP Modules listed.
- Knowledge in the Integration between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI).
- Experienced in Business Process analysis and reengineering.
- Preferred / Good to have.
- Experienced in complex projects and international environment.
- Certification in SAP IBP Modules
- Additional knowledge / certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions
- Additional
- Well-developed customer focus and problem solving.
- Team player, proactive networking attributes, results, and execution focused, willing to learn.
**Language Skills**
- Portuguese - Mandatory
- English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region
- Spanish - Highly desired
