Job TitlePresident, South AmericaJob Description SummaryThe President of Cushman & Wakefield's ("C&W") South America Region oversees the strategy and operations of C&W's business lines in the markets across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru & Uruguay.The South America Region consists of over 1800 professionals.
The President will provide visionary leadership for the region and have direct oversight for all service lines, including agency leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, consulting, property management, facilities management and project management.

He or she is directly accountable to the Managing Principal, NY, as well as the Client Delivery Leader in Global Occupier Services and responsible for realizing the full potential of the regional P&L by leveraging the entire Cushman & Wakefield platform.The successful candidate will have worked in the commercial real estate industry, have well established leadership skills, and, ideally, managed a team of high performing sales professionals.
He/she must be able to demonstrate high potential as a leader through a proven track record in previous positions and through success in professional activities that demand leadership, development, mentoring, and management of multiple activities and functions.
He or she must understand uphold the values and ethical standards of Cushman & Wakefield globally with a focus on "never settling" and be able to function effectively in a matrix management environment.Job DescriptionPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide dynamic leadership focused on inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results and service excellence while achieving superior financial performance for the South America Region.Oversee the development and execution of strategies, business plans, financial, and operational performance for the region.Collaborate with functional leadership across Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices throughout all processes.Support and encourage a collaborative approach to business cooperation across all elements of the business operating in the South America Region.Work closely with other country heads and service line leads to support them in business development, building and maintaining relationships with clients, potential clients, and the community.Be a steward of GOS strategic initiatives to grow enterprise relationships into the regionParticipate in GOS Commercial Strategy discussions to review all new and existing GOS relationships in the region, and partner to ensure accountability to GOS leadershipOversee the collaboration of all service lines and platforms into Cushman & Wakefield's value proposition for our customers, enabling the business to be more competitive, profitable and secure greater market share.Lead the people with positive energy and by setting high standards of performance and ethical behaviors.Inspire and motivate diverse teams of employees.
