Pricing Assistant

Maintenance and updating of pricing table rates for O&D, surface (LTL/FCL), air and ocean modal (FCL/LCL) at FreightOS.
- Fill and update the Air Export thru FreightOS data form template as per main airlines for selected countries/airports.
- GTPP and BattleCard monthly update as per internal deadline required.
- RFQ filling rate support as per pricing team instructions.
- FreightOS quote support as per pricing team instructions to issue, fill and release the quote into system.
- Quoting and Inside Sales Prospecting Support when necessary for internal complementary activities at department.
- Maintenance and update of vendor's contact into internal contact control list.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in related area.

Experience in air and ocean freight forwarding.

Strong skills in customer service, organizational and communication (written/oral).

Strong knowledge of local customs regulations.

Strong oral and written English language skills.
