China Mobile International Inc, is seeking a Vendor and Pricing Manager to join our fast-growing Product Support team in LATAM to further the growth of our Global Network Service. You will be working on the vendor and pricing management team to managing and developing relationships with 3rd-party vendors and to sourcing and providing quotations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market trends, be familiar with telecom industries, and ensure the quotation provided is maximized for both profitability and competitiveness. Job Responsibilities: Code to analyze pricing data and market trends, and to maintain pricing database. Manage relationships with telecom vendors and negotiate contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Based on customers' needs and solutions, perform margin analysis and provide different price level quotations to Sales team. Collaborate with account managers and solution architects to ensure pricing strategies are integrated with overall business objectives. Monitor vendor performance and ensure that they meet the agreed-upon service levels and quality standards. Periodically evaluate telecom industry market trends and monitor competition such as tracking competitors' products, price, promotion, and procurement events to adjust pricing strategies as needed. Develop and implement pricing strategies that are aligned with the company's financial objectives. Review contracts terms from both the sales side and the supplier side to ensure consistency and accuracy of contracts terms. Summarize the RFQ approval to HQ business center and place order to vendor. Collaborate with local finance team to maintain finance accounts accurate. Team with local finance team and HQ finance team to monitor business region tax policy and modify the new updated tax. Team with local legal team and HQ legal team to ensure legality and compliance of contracts within the sales regions. Initiating and processing debit notes or credit notes to customer accounts. Import extra cost and invoice from vendors and issue corresponding invoice to customers. Work on commercial part of solution, and RFP response for large projects. Lead pricing negotiations with key customers and vendors. Manage pricing databases, software, and systems. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, telecommunications, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in vendor management, pricing, or related fields. Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship-building skills. Customer-orientated attitude, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, and can work in different time zones. Understanding of telecom services and technology. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in programming / coding is a plus.
