**Area of responsibility 1**: Pricing
- Price the company product according to the company trade strategy, looking for results improvement and revenue increase.
- Identify the impact of market evolutions and competition and working in the action plans when necessary.
- Create, produce and analyze reports on business performance.
Identify the impacts of those evolutions within her/his scope and propose action measures if necessary.
- Ongoing and close communication with Cargo Flow, Commercial, Procurement and other departments.
- Be prepared to participate of group's projects and new tools implementation.
- Monitor the company costs and contribution margins in order to reach the Profit & Loss optimization.
- Energizes staff and generates personal commitment.
- Do the team management, including reviews and continuous development plans for each employee.
Help them to become more effective in their work.
- Process all types of quotations and/or tenders with the best time response.

- Follow-up on key customers and negotiate their commercial contracts
- Define of loading priorities and capacity allocations

- Develop the product to our customers' requirements together with Operations and Projects team.
- Price the product accordingly
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams the divulgation
- Handling of the contingencies
