Job Title: Principal Business System Analyst - SalesforceIntroduction:We are seeking an experienced Principal Business System Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce to join our IT - FinancialForce PSA Application team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing business processes and leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on the PSA module by Certinia. This individual will be adept at working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and possess the ability to drive projects forward while working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities and Duties:- Collaborate with Principal BSA/Sr. BSA, global stakeholders, and Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.- Break down complex projects into features and user stories, ensuring clear communication and understanding among team members.- Engage in agile practices, participate in agile ceremonies, and represent the business function throughout the development process.- Write user stories and acceptance criteria tailored to business requirements.- Drive and lead demonstration sessions and backlog grooming meetings.- Manage issues through the Case Management Lifecycle in Salesforce, handling day-to-day interactions and escalations with customers.- Work closely with Technical and QA Teams to convey requirements and provide functional guidance.- Create and maintain comprehensive functional and project documentation.- Design and maintain process and activity diagrams as necessary.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within Salesforce.- Demonstrable experience with CI/CD development processes based in GitHub.- Experience working with the PSA Module by Certinia in Salesforce.- Proficient in setting up permission sets and configuring Salesforce.- Skilled in creating Flows within Salesforce.Preferred Skills and Knowledge:- Salesforce Admin certification is highly desirable.- Experience integrating with other Salesforce tools is a plus.Tools Required:- Salesforce- GitHub for CI/CD processes- Certinia PSA Module- JIRA or similar tools for agile project management- Standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
