Principal Python Engineer (Web Scraping Required)

We are looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer to join a fast-growing start-up environment for a Vegas-based client. This person will be joining a large established team within FusionHit with long term goals and growth potential. The Ideal Candidate Has 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer. Backend experience required, full stack preferred. Front end experience using React BS/MS in Computer Science or related field Expert knowledge of Python . Alternatively, we'll accept expert knowledge (8+ years) of C#/.NET with at least 1 additional year of Python and basic concepts mastered. Knowledge or hands-on experience working with AWS . (Lambda functions, S3, Step Functions, Amazon Bridge, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, SQS, API Gateway ) Strong Database skills required (MySQL, RDS, Redshift, Snowflake etc.) ETL experience preferred Web Scraping experience required. Team or technical lead experience preferred - senior level skillset with a strong background in SCRUM or agile methodologies also accepted. Experience developing microservices a strong preference. Strong communication in English - C level preferred, strong B2 accepted on a case by case basis. Ability to learn new frameworks quickly and drive innovative solutions.
