Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Products and Google products/technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Google Marketing Platforms, Analytics).
- Experience as selling/purchasing media or in a Product Specialist/Data Scientist role.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a role involving cross-functional alignment and exposure to stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge of Google advertising solutions, in particular of measurement, data, and audience solutions and ad/marketing technology.
- Knowledge of Privacy principles and product developments.
- Ability to manage defining/escalating product gaps while simultaneously training and commercializing products.

As a Privacy Specialist, you will be key in delivering guidance to advertisers about how to navigate Brazil's changing privacy environment and Google products.
You will develop deep knowledge on how regulation and technology changes can affect the performance of digital marketing campaigns in dimensions such as targeting, measurement, and attribution.
In addition, you will enhance the Sales teams with best practices to generate scaled impact throughout the organization.

- Develop a Brazil-level strategy to help our advertisers prepare for a Privacy-first world; power through the technicalities to extract what advertisers truly need to focus on.
- Align with cross-functional teams (e.g., Go-To-Market, Privacy, Safety, and Security, Platforms, gTech) to ensure a cohesive activation.
- Up-skill our Large Customer Sales force through materials and training.
- Lead C-level client meetings and industry events.
