The Private Client Director will be responsible for developing the sales of LOUIS XIII directly with HNWI consumers through storytelling, prospecting, training, and networking.
The focus will be placed on growing Louis XIII clients, recruiting new high potential clients to the brand, and increasing brand desirability.
70% sales and 30% marketing support.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with direct clients (defined client type & hobbies with national coverage).
Lean on key prestige on-premise (bar, restaurants, hotels) with your clients to create traffic & client engagement (including staff trainings).
Participate in the construction of brand events to be attended by key clients or prospected clients.
Infiltrate High Net Worth Individuals and constitute a sustainable network.
Prospect and educate end-consumer through existing platforms and networking.
Create and execute high profile events targeted to showcase the brand to the target audience.
Design and organize joint or singular events with other luxury companies (Rolex, Rolls Royce, Cartier, etc.) such as dinners and tastings by using and leveraging networks.
Develop and work closely with appointed Fostering Agents & Private Client Consultants.
Work on loyalty and rewarding programs.
Perform database management for Louis XIII programs (CRM/SalesForce).
Ownership of private client relationships along with providing support to Brand Ambassadors with CRM to generate opportunities for repeat sales.
Develop brand strategies to increase commercial efficiency in the market utilizing client insights & analytics.
Generate incremental sales volume as a result of the above actions.
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of clientele (monitoring spending and trends, leveraging relations to retailers/restaurants to understand potentials).
Engage and prospect new HNWI clients: Develop, execute & leverage brand strategies & campaigns to recruit new HNWI clients (through community outreach, prospecting, presence in the market, etc.).
Develop client experience action plans and ensure execution of same in partnership with Brand Ambassadors & Brand Team.
Develop opportunities within the local market to increase brand awareness and desirability in the on & off-trade channels along with driving direct sales opportunities to e-retail/brand.com platforms/pop-up stores.
Definition of POS/special formats/LEB needs and ordering.
Participate in all product and customer service training and inform top clients of new product offerings, limited editions & large formats.
Lead by example by developing individual relationships with top clients to enhance their relationship.
Active participation in the construction of brand strategy and plans.
Participate in the PR strategy.
Find new business opportunities.
Reporting: business review, monthly reports/recaps.
Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and meet challenging deadlines.
High profile person with connections to fostering agents, private client consultants with the ability to manage relationships with HNWI.
Minimum 5 years in relevant field that helps drive Direct Sales with HNWI.
High level understanding of the Mexican market.
Genuine interest in luxury lifestyle that consists of: music, art, luxury street fashion, jewelry & luxury timepieces.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (the degree is not an obligation).
Ability to work outside of typical business hours and travel with notice.
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial/Luxury industry experience preferred. BTB or BTC experience or private wealth management highly preferred.
