The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Define and monitor processes related to logistics costs;
- Understand the process and propose improvements in the flow and controls;
- Support the reconciliation team on the analysis and consolidation of information received from several suppliers;
- Understand the details of the operational routine to mitigate gaps and process definition better;
- Collaborate with relevant teams and colleagues to refine process and introduce initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience;
- Proficient Excel & PowerPoint skills (or Google alternatives);
- Advanced English skills;
- Analytical background, detail-oriented and a demonstrated sense of business management; ability to develop new ideas and ability to deliver solutions;
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure;
- Experience in data analysis is a plus.
