Must Have:
• Know how to read and write in English.
• Have knowledge in creating procedure manuals.
• Have knowledge in flowchart creation.
• Have knowledge about the concept of SLA – Service Level Agreement.
• Have knowledge in Advanced Excel.
• Have knowledge in developing metrics.
Nice to Have:
• ITIL certification
• Have knowledge in Power BI
.• Knowledge in workflows related to the SLA concept – Service Level Agreement.
• Knowledge in workflows regarding contractual issues
