What role you will play in our team In this role, you will support 3rd party applications for internal teams worldwide, resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and handling inquiries via email, chat, and calls.
You'll work closely with end-users to align applications with their needs, implement new functionalities, and support business requirements.
Additionally, you'll contribute to projects and initiatives while maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring reliable application support.
What you will do Work on user request prioritized backlog.
Troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and applying Bug Fixes.
Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes, support development and unit/user testing.
Continuous improving documentation and maintain knowledge.
Application support and collaboration with vendor.
API Server Deployment, Support and Tests.
Maintain Pipelines (CI/CD) About you We are looking for a System Analyst with strong ownership, accountability, and stewardship skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities while showcasing a solid understanding of programming logic.
A proactive learner who can quickly acquire new skills in applications and business process support, you'll also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Producing and maintaining clear documentation is essential, along with a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient solutions.
