What role you will play in our team In this role, you will support 3rd party applications and infrastructure for internal teams worldwide, resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and handling inquiries via email, chat, and calls.
You'll work closely with end-users to align applications with their needs, implement new functionalities, and support business requirements.
Additionally, you'll contribute to projects and initiatives while maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring reliable application support.
What you will do Support 3rd party applications and infrastructure for internal customers globally Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis Respond to inquiries via email, chat or calls Work with end-users to ensure that our applications meet their needs and implement new business requirements Assisting with new projects and initiatives.
About you We are seeking a System Analyst with +4 years of experience and a Infrastructure background.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
A team player who can collaborate effectively, learn new skills in applications and business processes, and produce high-quality documentation is essential.
Strong analytical abilities and a focus on delivering results are key to success in this role.
Technical Requirements include: Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Infrastructure OnPrem (Server and networking) Windows Server knowledge for setup and troubleshooting DB experience: SQL, Procedures, Views, Functions.
ACL (AD and Local Server) Good understanding of TPC/IP enough for basic troubleshooting Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum).
Experience with Azure/AWS.
Fluent English Preferred Qualifications Automation skills (PowerShell).
Cloud (Azure and/or AWS) Knowledge of C#, .NET, API development, GitHub Actions, Repositories.
Knowledge in Monitoring and Analytics tools (DataDog, Splunk, Tableau); DevOps and or application development skills are welcome around cloud, basic structure and automation.
