POSITION NAME: PROCUREMENT ANALYST II / GBS / SÃO JOSÉ DOS CAMPOS - SP (2 POSITIONS)
GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:
We are GBS - Global Business Services, located in São José dos Campos - São Paulo.
Our area is Procurement, and we are responsible for converting Purchase Orders for all categories such as Direct materials (raw materials) and Indirect materials (MKT services, Laboratory equipment, HR Services, etc.)
YOUR MISSION
S2P Senior Associate in the Operational Procurement (GBS) stream is a S2P Procurement responsible to perform standard Operational Procurement activities and clarifying operational issues for the maintenance and processing of overall Procurement transactions, including the support to all customers and assure a quality process to assure efficient ways to execute all the activities and operations related to the role.
Be a referent in operational activities to the team and to the Team Leader.
Support upper levels in operational and business activities as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing complex procurement activities and clarifying operational issues.
Timely and accurate processing of general Source-2-Pay transactions according to process documentation.
Communication and alignment with Requisitioners in case of deviations.
Communication and collaboration with Sourcing and other stakeholders.
Facilitate information gathering process with sourcing.
Guide business and procurement operations end to end with system and process handling.
Support and follow up on issues within workflow systems.
Contribute to process improvements.
Comply with procurement standards, policies, and procedures.
Conduct trainings and Global interaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Accounting/Industrial Engineering.
Demonstrated strong experience in Procurement and/or Source to Pay.
Solid analytical skills required (MS Office Excel user).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers, colleagues, and management.
Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments.
Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context.
Analytic problem-solving & customer-oriented mindset.
English at least B2 written and spoken.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
SAP, Ariba & SmartBuy experience is a plus.
Communication and presentation competencies.
Ability to communicate appropriately depending on the situation to all stakeholders and suppliers.
Competencies: Accountability, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
