This position will be based in our Office in Brasil in an full in person work model. (We are looking for local Talent) Main responsibilities: Carry out purchases and negotiations with an exclusive focus on REAL ESTATE and HARD/SOFT FACILITIES, and will carry out local purchases of the main Opex categories of the Manager and Funds, as follows: Finance (Professional Services, Audits, Consulting, Etc.), IT, Marketing and Sales, Travel, HR, Legal & Compliance, ESG, Shareholders, Funds Admin Facilitate the end-to-end purchasing process and manage key contracts, if necessary (e.g. facilities contracts); Carry out a complete bid process, from stakeholder needs, identification of suppliers in the market, knowledge of local legislation, to finalization of the contract and conclusion with issuance of the PO; Assist in the budget management of contracts, define contracting entities with Tax and formalize Contracts with Legal; Approval in the Oracle system of the end-to-end purchasing process (P2P); Report savings and budget deviations. Main requirements: English and Spanish; Experience in Oracle ERP; Management of Indirect purchasing categories; Critical and analytical thinking at expenses; Engage internal customers and suppliers; Communicative; Organized; Success metrics for Ideal profile: Savings target; Response time for requests and approvals; Internal customer satisfaction; Others TBD.
