Responsibilities:Coordinate execution of critical business projects applicable to Brazil Organization:Innovation projectsCost Transformation initiativesDTV programsInternal/External benchmarkingBusiness Continuity solutionsSupport Brazil BP Manager for connection between the Procurement function and Brazil Business Org, IPC Business Org, Global Procurement Org and other Supply Chain functions to ensure strategy deployment:Data gathering and build presentationsCascade strategy & priorities at operational levelIt is key for success to have high Leadership & communication skills to ensure priorities are correctly driven to different Stakeholders (R&E, Marketing, Supply Chain and other)Act as a PMO: Be organized and agility are also mandatory skills to ensure all projects are delivered as quick as possible enabling business growth and procurement goalsServe as first point of contact for Procurement topics related to Brazil operation:Supplier issues/concerns/opportunitiesProvide insight on procurement/supplier impacts to proposed process changesSupport new organization, with a strong growth mindset challenging the status quoDrive continuous improvement across Procurement organizationMaintain an effective relationship with all suppliers and stakeholders based on clear, concise group and personal communicationRequired (essential for the job):Demonstrated knowledge of Consumer Goods dynamic, innovation framework, manufacturing techniques and market strategiesBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in business, supply chain or related disciplineExperience influencing a large, diverse group of stakeholdersExcellent communication skills (both written and oral) able to communicate up and across the organization, cross functional collaboration, functional and technical awarenessDemonstrated ability to influence change and drive results in a global matrix organizationDemonstrated success in project management of cross-functional projects – PMO SkillsLanguage: English skills - Advanced level minimumPreferred (not essential, but desired):Master's degree preferredExperience in a major purchasing commodity group is strongly preferredPrevious experience working in a manufacturing facilityDemonstrated experience in process optimization, resolving complex issues and identifying saving opportunitiesPrimary LocationBrazil -Sao PauloAdditional LocationsWorker TypeEmployeeWorker Sub-TypeRegularTime TypeFull time
