About the Role Acting in the Procurement area, participating in the planning and definition of strategic plans, policies, and programs. Establishing action plans to achieve the set goals and objectives. Acting in the construction and execution of category strategy, supplier development, negotiations, and purchasing of materials in the domestic and international markets, as well as performing other related activities inherent to the role. Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategy for all indirect goods and services for Kerry Brazil. Develop and visit suppliers. Manage, monitor and prospect projects with current and new suppliers. Support to internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Supply, Finance, Operations, HR, R&D and QSHE). Track Procurement KPIs. Understand business requirements and supplier management. Lead a team of buyers to deliver business needs. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced English, intermediate or advanced Spanish is a plus. 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement in a multinational company. Transportation and freight experience is a plus. People leadership and team development. Knowledge of SAP, Office and PowerBI.
