Procurement Excellence Analyst Sr. (PMO) This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including data analysis, reporting, sustainability initiatives, project support, and stakeholder management. The analyst will be responsible for driving efficiency and strategic advantage through project management and market intelligence. This position is instrumental in supporting the procurement function's overall objectives by providing valuable insights, operational support, and project management expertise. Key activities Oversee the management and analysis of GSTT (Global Savings Tracking Tool) and savings reports. Monitor the status of GSTT projects, ensuring timely delivery and identifying potential roadblocks. Work in close collaboration with LATAM regional Procurement, R&D, and Operations functions, as well as country/BU/plant teams to develop and coordinate the execution of projects pipeline. Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement performance, including cost savings, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain overall project oversight, using key PMO tools including Gantt charts, project charters, SIPOC, RACI charts, KPIs, R/Y/G status, stage-gate validation processes with multi-stakeholder sign-offs, etc. Co-develop creation of business cases, and track through stage-gate qualification steps all the way through to verified stable implementation. Manage project timelines and milestones and ensure projects stay on track. Prepare, distribute and communicate concise and effective project management status, KPIs, communications, etc. Establish, coordinate and run effective project management oversight calls, meetings and overall governance cadence. Manage multiple stakeholder interests and interdependencies whilst driving to rapid and robust impact. Facilitate cross-functional, multi-location problem-solving / issue resolution. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and inform strategic direction. Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on key indexes, raw materials, and industry trends. Prepare monthly market forecasts and updates for internal stakeholders. Utilize market data to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and supply chain risks. Contribute to knowledge sharing and information dissemination within the procurement organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of procurement initiatives. Monitor Ecovadis performance and identify opportunities for improvement in supplier sustainability ratings. Support the development and implementation of the GHG Roadmap Plan, including collaboration with category managers and reporting on progress. Provide analytical support to the Sustainability Team on various environmental initiatives. Knowledge and Experience Experience in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from procurement data. Experience managing procurement projects and initiatives. Experience with sustainability initiatives or working in a sustainability-focused environment (preferred). Experience conducting market research and analysis (preferred). Flexible packaging and/or upstream raw materials industry experience is an advantage (e.g. Resins, Films, Liquids, Aluminium). Raw Materials qualification process (trials, substrate/machine interface) is an advantage. Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Language Skills Native Portuguese speaker Intermediate Spanish Fluency in English Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science is preferred.
