The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Conduct supplier prospecting;
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Negotiate contracts for the company to gain competitive advantages to help;
- Drive for cost reduction;
- Follow budget;
- Ensuring contracts and being in line with the Compliance Shopee timeframe;
- Ensure service scenarios according to the Shopee Logistics Network;
- Support the Sourcing process and equalization of proposals (service Brazil);
- Implement controls and indicators of compliance with the operation's demand;
- Monitor service levels, and data for better decision-making;
- Monitor internal and external performance indicators of suppliers;
- Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with operating time;
- Ensuring service processes with a cost and efficiency bias;
- Develop and track time.
**Requirements**:

- Complete Postgraduate Education;
- Advanced English;
- Experience with contract negotiation.
