**Responsibilities**
**What will you work on**:
- This position will be responsible for managing/negotiating the rigid plastics (bottles and closures), liquid carton, shrink film and other packaging portfolios, overseeing the backoffice and leading the operational excellence agenda, including KPIs, process improvement and project management interfacing and engaging with external clients and the team.
- The main roles is to lead and implement the strategy with Category Leads in the Brazil market, so he will participate the weekly/monthly meetings in order to align the projects status and new initiatives.
- As PMO he will be responsible for manage all the projects for Packaging, bringing innovative solutions, coordinating, controlling and sharing the projects with the main stakeholders.
- Looking for the Brazil market he needs to follow and signalize the political and aconomics moviments, that will impact in the supply and prices behavior. Another thing is looking for innovations and new technologies to add value for all the categories.
- Stabilish the KPI´s to measure the supplier performance and creat action plan to support he operation team and delivery the best service level.
- Activelly analyse, review and redesign processes to streamline our daily routines freeing up time to focus on more value added activities and bring solutions to the business in a more agile manner.
- Leading and coordinating the backoffice for the packaging team.
**Accountabilities**
- Negotiate/Manage a spend of R$191 million / Coordinate Operational Excellence and back office activities for the packing team with a spend of R$ 667 million reais.
- Support and active participation to define the strategy for Brazil with the Regional Team.
- Responsible to construction of forecast, AOP, coverage, implemented productivity e cash flow agenda.
- In a challenging environment, act as a change agent to improve the process, to move this spend to purchasing excellence (compliance, best practices, competitive bidding).
- Deep dive in the category, consolidate volume/spend/vendors of all sites and BUs in order to leverage our volume, when possible in a Regional or Global level.
- Bring innovation to the category, TCO analyses and a new model driving savings at local market level and delivering savings on a year/year basis.
- Ensure the implementation of legal contract management process that will cover 100% of Suppliers to Seasoning category.
- Open communication with the Regional and Global team, also with the MSO in order to bring and share best practices.
- Working together with Team seeking improvements in the relationship with key client areas: Innovations Mkt, Supply Planning, R&D and Legal, promoting:
a-) Alignment and commitment between areas;
b-) Responsibility and discipline;
c-) Attention to stages of development projects;
- Part of Transformation Projects: demonstrating Be Consumer Centric behavior understanding the PepsiCo business, its consumers and customers, external environment and industry, and using this information to drive decisions and actions
- Work with Procurement Team to provide the best alternatives for costs and including timing, cost, insurance, quality, etc.
- Build a strong relationship with the internal clients ( Innovation, Mkt, Manufacturing; Supply Chain, Procurement Direct, R&D,Quality, etc).
- Open communication with the Regional and Global Team, also with the MSO in order to bring and share best practices.
- In a challenging environment, act as a change agent to improve the proc
