- Experience with understanding process flow and suggest improvements to deliver cost savings, inventory reduction or other benefits to the site
- Supplier/ vendor relationship management experience

The individual will be responsible for the non-inventory supply chain, goods, and services at the site.
Also, will manage supplier delivery, quality, performance, including but not limited to: packaging, PPE, equipment, waste and recycling, janitorial, pest control, food vending machine, and all other non-inventory supplies.
The Procurement Operations Analyst may purchasing Capex as well, Vendor Management, Pre-launch and post-launch procurement support, working closely with both the Procurement team and the business owners.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Launch the new site from the Procurement Operations perspective, implementing the global standard processes, tools and metrics and keeping them accurate in daily basis:

- Acquiring shipping supplies for the new site
- Coordinate and execute Purchase Orders, including full tracking up to delivery on site
- Potential support to Procurement Launch team acquiring and implementing Capex and Services - Manage vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate and secure best value for money deals on a range of non-inventory goods and services
- Build effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high service level in terms of quotations and lead-times
- Partnering with internal customers to positively influence spending decisions
- Work in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction policy, educating and driving the correct behaviors of business stakeholders
- Drive effective delivery of Brazil procurement metrics by leading / supporting projects and initiatives identifying root cause of issues and corrective actions
- Manage and drive down the number of invoices on hold (IOH), ensuring a robust procure to pay process
- Liaise with vendors to find solutions to problem invoices
- In partnership with the Procurement Operations Manager, provide procurement operations support for the fulfillment center, including: forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, non-inventory flow and space models, cycle counts, supplier management, procurement transaction and expediting support
- Manage KPI to measure, control and benchmark procurement processes including creation of recurring metrics reports to drive improvements for the Operations network
- Align with internal customers, Finance and Procurement Operations to understand budgetary targets by building and develop methods of measuring and defining savings, value and other category metrics
- Work close to the Procurement Category team, supporting initiatives, to build the category metrics model for tracking and monitoring the performance in relationship to the category strategy
- Measure actual vs planned savings; as savings trends are identified, own action plans to meet goals and develop solutions
- Lead the closing end of month cycle count, identifying the potential gaps between accounting and purchasing, working to figure out and to solve the root cause

EXPERIENCE
- Good understanding of standard procurement & inventory management procedures as well as industry standards
- High precision in verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in using ERP systems in a multi-organization and multi-set of books environment
- Experienced in engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues
- Previous experience in Purchasing including supplier relationship management
- Previous experience working in Operations/Process Improvement areas
- Experience in an international Company
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Ability to work independently with very limited general supervision
- Root cause analysis and complex problem solving skills are important
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business customers and drive consensus when conflicting requirements are identified

- Vendor management and engagement experience
- Ability to handle activities on Operations floor

**Note**: work is done in a warehouse environment that requires frequent walking around the building.
