Our team plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to both business lines and suppliers. Currently, our primary focus is resolving Payables tickets that come through the EM portal. However, we also recognize the importance of proactive measures. In addition to handling tickets promptly, we are committed to implementing strategies that educate end-users, ultimately reducing the number of tickets generated.What you will doProvide front line purchase-to-pay (PtP) troubleshooting in the ticketing tool system to business lines and suppliers.Extensive use of SAP and other Company systems.Identify training needs, create and deliver online and/or face-to-face PtP trainings for special business needs.Interface with support groups and other Procurement Centers.Maintain new Procurement portal updated and perform random reviews.Participate in tests and trainings of new SAP projects.Propose and design system and process improvements.About youWe are seeking an Associate who excels in dynamic environments, with outstanding analytical skills, good communication and adaptability. Also, it is fundamental to be proactive and possess problem-solving expertise in collaboration with the team.
