We are looking for aProduct Analystwho will be responsible to ensure that we can enhance local feature effectiveness and user engagement in-game.If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we'd love to work with you!Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of feature performance through data analysis and user feedback. Provide actionable suggestions based on insights to enhance feature effectiveness and user engagement.
Collect and understand user pain points through surveys, feedback channels, and direct interactions. Develop and implement strategies to address and resolve these pain points effectively.
Gather and prioritize local feature requests for Brazillian players and collaborate with the regional product team to advocate for and implement these features.
Step in for live operations tasks such as configuration and quality assurance when needed.
Ensure timely and efficient handling of live operations issues to maintain a seamless gaming experience.
Manage relationships with anti-cheat vendors to ensure the security and fairness of the game. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of anti-cheat measures and implement improvements as needed.Main job requirements:
Completed higher education (e.g bachelor degree, MBA);
Experience with Product Management or Game Operations (e.g user experience, community, revenue, monetization, etc);
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;
Passionate about the gaming universe;
Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.Desirable knowledges|experience:
Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages.
Previous experience in games or entertainment.
Technical knowledge with statistics, mathematics or related fields.
