The Parts Product and Pricing Manager Latin America will lead, govern and pilot the end-to-end customer experience of parts products portfolio and pricing across all touch points in a collaborative atmosphere.
He/she will be responsible to work closely with market companies and diverse areas in Latin America to develop current and new parts offer to drive profitable growth and manage the pricing strategy according to business definitions, macroeconomic influence, and market effects to increase volume, revenue, and gross profit.
The primary responsibility for this role is to establish an E2E process that supports the development, commercialization, and delivery of commercial parts offer that fulfill the customer and business needs.
You will take a leading position in our mission to develop and grow the?cooperation with internal stakeholders as key to our success.
Scope and influenceThe position of Parts and Pricing Manager Latin America reports to the Director of Customer Experience & Services, under Volvo Trucks Latin America organization, and will be part of the respective management team.
Work in close cooperation with top management and other organizational levels in diverse areas in Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses, and Volvo Group (GTx and other sales regions), as well as a hub of support to the market companies in Latin America.
Opportunity descriptionServe as an executive in Volvo Trucks Latin America, working in very close collaboration with senior leaders to enable short- and long-term parts and services growth strategies.
This position will also conduct periodic reviews with the senior executive team to evaluate intelligence to identify strategic adjustments and enhancements to Volvo Trucks' service goals.
In the field of Parts and Pricing, is responsible for ensuring the health and profitability of the spare parts business for the whole management (LATAM-Hub), managing three main scopes: business intelligence, parts products, and parts pricing.
In this range, is responsible for the strategy, portfolio, targets, financial reports, market development, technical price, services sales argumentation, and offers administration.
Work in close cooperation with the markets to support them in their parts sales process, developing a proactive approach, challenging, and inspiring them to find new business opportunities, and ensuring wide contact areas for full insight into the customers' business.
Lead project management with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions and changes toward a wider portfolio to improve profitability.
Be enthusiastic about the lean fundamental concept of constantly evaluating wastes and opportunities to improve productivity and results in the bottom line.
Work closely with commercial, accounting, controlling, tax, parts logistics, and competence development areas.
Develop stronger working relationships with local and global peer functional organizations, as well as stronger customer needs and end-user understanding.
Support the market companies (process and competencies) and propose future dealer service development areas in order to grow the parts penetration through sold hours and the best experience for customers.
Be the leader able to make things happen based on people and integrated service solutions of parts and pricing for Volvo Trucks to improve the customer experience journey with dealers, sales areas, and other functions.

Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, and other related areas, fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
