Our sales teams have a holistic approach when doing business with our Trade customers.
It means we explore and leverage the consumer journey, with focus on in-store and e-commerce conversion, ensuring that value is consistently created along the way for both parties.
Within the sector, the Product Line teams aim to support this mission by driving P&L management in Brazil, and deploying a successful commercial strategy for the product categories, allowing Electrolux to reach even better sales results.What you'll do:
As a Product Category Specialist, you will be responsible for P&L management for the Food Preservation product categories, ensuring timely creation of innovative features and products, effective ranging, strong product messaging and effective launch strategy and execution.

- Take charge of the portfolio management process, controlling Projects and Go to Market status and leading the Go to Market process within the Product Line scope;
- Prepare business review presentations, new project business cases and strategy, participating and leading commercial strategy on a day-to-daybasis;
- Act a as focal point for R&D and Design discussions, bringing P&L understanding to support project development and providing support for the Training area in technical matters;
- Lead and offer support in the Consumer Research Briefing, bringing your expertise on Market dynamics, competition movements, consumer behavior and business variables;
- Translate technical features to consumer-driven benefits for local communication material, coordinating product launch presentations with the Marketing team;
- Participate in clinics and suggest improvements in products;
- Support team leadership in building long-term strategy plans for the category, in short-term plan execution, S&OP processes, commercial meetings, and product launch management, contributing to continuous improvement;
- Seek partnerships with companies linked to the product of the category for co-development and actions in the Point of Sale.As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).Who you are:
You have:
- Business School degree, Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- Experience with project management;
- Experience with portfolio management;
- Experience with elaboration and analysis of business cases;
- Knowledge of white line appliances market;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).Where you'll be:
