Role Mission: A UJV Product General Coordinator is responsible for the continued maintenance of our luxury hotel portfolio within our company's internal applications, specifically the Product Grid.
They will interact and maintain existing vendor relationships, review pricing and contract agreements, and ensure all services offered are clearly & efficiently communicated to the internal team.

You Will: Continuously update and maintain the Product Grid , ensuring that our existing hotel portfolio is up-to-date.
Verify that the services offered in each region align with the correct hotel.
Be responsible for creating and updating essential information in our internal systems, including hotel details, pricing, and contractual agreements.
Process stop sales efficiently and communicate changes effectively.
Review pricing, contract agreements, and the terms and conditions within contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain a strong focus on detail , ensuring that all information and documentation are error-free.
Interact professionally and efficiently with both external clients and our internal team, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
Support the Co-op program , including maintenance and pitching.
Use critical thinking skills to effectively manage multiple contracts and agreements simultaneously.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager or their designees You Have: Experience in B2B sales or wholesale, with knowledge of the luxury travel or hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
A passion for luxury travel and the desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships through direct communication.
