We need a strategic Product Designer to assist in our efforts of delivering amazing experiences to our customers. We want to ensure our customers "Love Clip Everyday"! We believe that a very personal approach to listening and learning from our customers and representing their needs in our product roadmap strategies creates long-lasting relationships. We need your help to do so!
You will be part of a cross-disciplined team working directly with our Product Managers and Developers to help craft modern and easy-to-use products. We strive to provide our users with a quick, simple, and intuitive digital experience. You will leverage learnings from user research to understand the challenges and needs to support our customers with regard to our forward-looking product roadmap strategies. The Role:Collaborate with the product team to turn business goals into unique product experiences.Conduct user research to gather insights for holistic design solutions addressing business, brand, and user needs.Design user journeys considering various use cases and interactions for rounded experiences.Communicate ideas and design rationale for user-centered solutions.Follow a user-centric design approach, rapidly testing and optimizing operation processes.Continuously iterate based on data to improve our digital products.Apply design principles in flows, processes, journeys, and mockups.Document the design process for better project communication and organization.Ideal Candidate:BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UX Researcher, or similar role.Adaptable, collaborative, and promotes teamwork.Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organization.Self-reliant with great problem-solving skills.Proactive and forward-looking in addressing future challenges.Can manage an entire project design (from discovery to iteration).Strong visual design skills with user-system interaction awareness.Advanced level knowledge of Figma tools and component libraries and hands-on experience with applying and contributing to the Design System.Strong prototyping skills.Can articulate design rationale to a non-design audience.Understands business metrics and can translate company goals into solutions.Proficient in user research, able to run a research exercise with existing and potential merchants.
