Key Responsibilities:
- The Designer will be responsible for proving technical solutions in Product development, designing equipment and parts, creating 3D models and detailed drawings of locomotives and their components.
- Design equipment and its parts using NX Unigraphics Engineering software
- Create detailed drawings of components and mechanical assemblies to be manufactured
- Provide local support during the manufacture of locomotives, resolving technical queries related to the interpretation of drawings
- Manage engineering drawing review control
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 2.5 years designing with CAD tools (AutoCAD and NX Unigraphics) at an advanced level
- Minimum 2.5 years' experience working with Teamcenter
- Knowledge of intermediate level office suite, especially PowerPoint
- Have intermediate level Excel (VLOOKUP spreadsheet, pivot table, etc.)
- Intermediate English for writing and reading
- Good oral and written communication
Education Requirements:
- Technical course completed in the areas of Mechanics (CEFET, SENAI or COLTEC)
- Studying Mechanical Engineering from the 10th period onwards
Desired education:
- Mechanical Adjustment or other industrial Learning Course at SENAI
Other Requirements:
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Excellent communication skills and organization.
- Strong sense of responsibility and deadline, team player and can work under pressure.
