For this role, we expect you to have experience in creating user-centered designs through user research, prototyping, and iterative testing.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces for our fleet management solutions.
You'll be responsible for the entire design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring our products are both functional and delightful to use.
Your work will help answer crucial questions such as: How can we simplify complex fleet operations into intuitive interfaces?
How do we ensure our solutions are accessible to users with varying technical expertise?
How can we improve user adoption and satisfaction?Responsibilities:Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviorsCreate user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate design solutionsDesign clean, intuitive interfaces following our design system and best practicesCollaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of design specificationsLead design critique sessions and gather feedback from stakeholdersCreate and maintain design documentation including user journey maps and interaction patternsContribute to and help maintain our design systemAnalyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve our product experienceBalance user needs with business requirements to create effective solutionsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field2-4 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or enterprise softwareStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in design tools such as FigmaStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExperience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisionsKnowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principlesSolid understanding of information architecture and interaction designExperience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teamsStrong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisionsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and technical constraintsExperience with design systems and component-based designAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsInfleet is Brazil's first superapp for fleet management, focused on connecting information from various systems to reduce accidents, costs, and increase sustainability.
