At the same time, develop our people and make us a great place for people to grow.Your area of responsibility will be Business development, Architecture, Services and Connectivity (BASC).You will lead a group responsible for:Defining the EE architecture and system solutions;Developing/driving the local VT overall business plan;Support in framing the way of working and connection among different Streams in VT (locally and globally) and other organizations in GTT/Volvo group;Managing Epics in Curitiba VT's portfolio;Identifying and creating new service and connectivity solutions;Supporting cross stream research initiatives towards universities and external partners;Driving and supporting innovation activities within VT Curitiba.You and your group will work cooperatively with others across the organization (multi sites) to achieve shared objectives, both when it comes to technology strategies and delivering solutions that meet our customer expectations and needs.Form the group with an appropriate and diverse mix of styles, perspectives, and experience. Establish common objectives and a shared mindset. Empower others and foster an open dialogue and collaboration among the team. Knowledge of CAN tools (canalyzer, canoe, etc);Solid experience as a team leader;Fluent in English, both written and spoken;Automotive knowledge – Understanding how different systems in a truck/car interact and work together;Meritorious to have:Project management - Good skills in leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management;International and multi-cultural experience with a global organization;Experience with JIRA, Confluence, power BI, and requirement tools;A solid technical foundation in Software development in general, and Android in particular.
