Operations at TRACTIANThe operations team is responsible for turning our IoT devices into reality. We strive to make the impossible possible and are deeply goal-oriented. We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply and we're in charge of the whole manufacturing process of our hardware, from the purchase of components to the final adapting of our devices to meet strict international criteria.
What you'll doThe Product Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and applicable regulations. This role is crucial for ensuring that every product delivered to the end customer complies with the highest quality and performance requirements.
ResponsibilitiesConduct visual and dimensional inspections of finished products using precise measurement tools to ensure compliance with technical specifications.Perform functional validation of sensors, ensuring the products meet established performance and quality requirements.Execute ATPs (Acceptance Test Procedures), validating the correct functionality of sensors according to technical specifications.Document inspection results and non-conformities, generating detailed reports for quality analysis.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and correct manufacturing process defects.Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions based on identified non-conformities.Ensure all finished products meet the required quality standards before shipment to customers.Participate in quality control procedure reviews and propose improvements to the inspection process.Monitor the calibration of measurement and inspection equipment to guarantee result accuracy.Contribute to root cause analysis for quality issues and suggest improvements.RequirementsTechnical degree in fields related to Quality, Process Control, or areas focused on Data Science or Communication Networks and Systems.Experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or production environments.Knowledge of measurement and quality control tools and techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Analytical skills to identify and solve quality problems.Strong verbal and written communication skills to document inspection results and collaborate with other teams.Attention to detail and focus on maintaining high-quality standards.Intermediate proficiency in quality management software and the Office suite, particularly Excel.Bonus PointsExperience with ISO quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).Quality-related certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of data analysis tools or BI software for creating quality reports.CompensationCompetitive salary and stock optionsOptional fully funded English / Spanish courses30 days of paid annual leaveEducation and courses stipendEarn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 yearsDay off during the week of your birthdayUp to R$1.000/mo for meals and remote work allowanceHealth plan with national coverage and without coparticipationDental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life.Gympass and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo extra if you practice activities
