A leading technology company specializing in scalable tech commerce solutions is seeking an experienced Product Lead.
This role is central to driving the development and success of their innovative platform, which empowers businesses to streamline e-commerce operations and accelerate growth.
As a Product Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to define and execute a strategic product roadmap.
You'll focus on introducing innovative features, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring that the platform adapts to evolving market and customer needs.
Principais responsabilidades:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our tech commerce platform, aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to understand industry trends, customer needs, and pain points.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into clear product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize and plan product development initiatives, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
Work with design and user experience teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature development.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product launches, go-to-market strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends related to tech commerce platforms, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Build strong relationships with customers, gather insights, and act as a product advocate to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Requisitos técnicos:
4 to 5 years' experience in product management, preferably in the tech commerce or e-commerce industry.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and tech commerce platform architecture.
Knowledge of emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices related to tech commerce platforms and e-commerce solutions.
Experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and successful product launches.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
