Product Management - Advisor I
**What does a great Product Manager do?
**:
This position will have the opportunity to drive and lead partner solutions product initiatives for specific and successful outcomes for Fiserv ecommerce gateway.
The Product Manager will be the go-to team member for your product and understand what it takes to win in a market and build a strategy to achieve it.
In this role you will be outcome driven with strong identity, affinity, and empathy for the users of your product.
The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams within Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to determine how your strategy turns into an executable roadmap for the development team.
Lastly, working closely with clients, customers, and partners to understand the needs of our clients and where we can provide the greatest value.
**As a Product Manager you can look forward to**:
- Enjoying the challenge of finding ways to improve efficiency through optimizing workflows frequently used by our peers, partners, customers, and clients
- Managing ecommerce product inside a larger portfolio of payments solutions that span payment acceptance and user experience solutions
- Working closely with senior leaders to align your plan to Fiserv's overall strategy.

- Passionate about listening to your users, customers, and clients to understand the challenges they have, the opportunities they present and the ideas they convey to make your product better.
- Enjoys advising in the building and prioritizing of a product roadmap, while clearly articulating the product vision through the entire organization.
- Can dig deep into data and trends and use the information that it yields for creating and justifying business cases.
- Has the ability to understand a market and develop plans to win against established and emerging competitors in that market.
- Creates business cases based on relevant data, establishes pricing models, schedules, and guidelines on how to deliver real value to partners, customers, and clients.
- Has empathy for the user and are passionate about the user's experience and outcomes from using technology to achieve a business advantage.
- Looking for an opportunity to learn and be endlessly curious about how to make your product evolve.
- Accepts a challenge to be an advocate and thought leader for the product.
